Students can select the five electives units of credit from the electives listed in the Complete List of High School Subjects page. This wide choice allows students to fit their courses to their own individual needs. Each person will find subjects that will contribute to his or her educational objectives, personal interests, and career needs. For example, a person working in a business office might select Introduction to Business and Business English as electives. Other students might be interested in the automotive field, in the electrical field, or in home economics. Those who are not certain where their interests and abilities lie have the opportunity to explore several areas.
