To enroll by mail or fax, follow these steps:
1. Download the High School Credits by Independent Study Enrollment Application HERE.
2. Print the application and complete the personal information section.
3. List the course(s) to be taken.
4. Your counselor or principal must authorize your registration with his or her signature on this enrollment application.
5. Your counselor or principal must fill in the spaces for completion date and final examination.
6. Mail the completed application with your check or money order, payable to the American School, to:

As soon as we receive your enrollment application, we will process your registration and ship your first course materials to you. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your course materials and Online Student Center code and password.
