The American School, a pioneer in distance education since 1897, is a nationally accredited correspondence high school offering home study courses to meet students' needs. At the American School, you are a class of one studying in the comforts of your own home at your own pace. Students can choose from two complete high school programs, or the Independent Study program. The Independent Study program offers individual courses for make up credit in order for students to graduate from their resident school on time.
