Reminder About Calls to Prospective Students

We've been making calls to prospective students and parents for the better part of a year now, and we enjoy answering questions and helping with the enrollment process.  Some are interested in our online high school diploma program, while others want to know more about our accredited high school program with paper-based courses.  Another group is concerned about our accredited middle school program with online middle school courses.  No matter your situation, please keep the following things in mind when you request a call from us.  First, please give us a phone number that can receive phone calls and voicemails.  We call everyone who requests a call and gives us a number in the United States and expect to speak to a real person or a voicemail when we call.  We will not be able to contact you if we cannot speak with you on the phone or leave a message.  Second, please be ready with questions.  Our representatives are ready to answer anything you throw at them, but your questions should be those related to your specific situation and not already answered on our FAQ page.  Next, please be understanding of the fact that, while we do our best to adhere to your wishes of being called between 8:30 and noon Chicago time or noon and 3:30 Chicago time, sometimes we cannot call you during the window you requested.  We will do our best to call you as close to your window as possible, keeping in mind that all requested calls are made within 24 hours (often sooner) unless specified differently on our web site.  Finally, the form you use to request a phone call clearly states it's for prospective students only.  If you are a past or present student, do not use that form.  Instead, contact us here.  Thank you for your cooperation and for allowing us to tell you a little bit more about one of the best distance education high schools and middle schools around!
