This Weekend’s Anniversary: College Graduation

Many years ago on May 17, the person who regularly writes this blog graduated from college.  It was the culmination of not only four years at an internationally relevant university but also the culmination of an education that began in preschool and continued through elementary school, middle school and high school.  For more than a century American School offered only high school correspondence courses, but in recent years we developed online high school courses and launched an accredited middle school program so that we might serve students in grades 6-8.  When students are ready to start high school, we offer a general high school program for students who plan to join the workforce or attend a community college after graduation.  We also offer a college preparatory program for students who plan to attend a four-year college or university after graduation.  No matter your grade, it's not too early to think about what you might want to do after you graduate from high school.  Planning throughout your education can help you reach your ultimate goal, whether it's getting your dream job, being accepted at your dream school, or both.  Let us help make your dreams come true and enroll with American School today!
