It’s December 12, and Pennsylvania became a state on this date in 1787. This anniversary is a good time to remind you that each state has its own homeschooling requirements. Pennsylvania’s requirements are among the most unique, so wherever you live, please doublecheck with your state board of education before you enroll in our middle school at home or high school at home programs. Since we are located in Illinois, we follow standards put forth by the Illinois State Board of Education, which recognizes us as a non-public school, but we are open to serving students from all 50 states, including Pennsylvania. No matter where you live, we want you to have the best homeschool experience possible and would be glad to count you among our students and graduates.
