Update on Parchment

Since American School started using Parchment, we have sent 220 transcripts, including 72 in the last month alone.  We are pleased to offer this service but wish to inform you of some pricing changes involving Parchment.  There are now six different price points which are based on whether a person is a current student or alumnus, asking for an eTrans or paper transcript, or adding on Express Mail for paper transcripts.  Please refer to the Parchment web site for the pricing information that best suits your situation.  You should also refer to the Parchment web site and its customer support section if you are having difficulty with any Parchment service.  Our staff is trained to assist you with registering your account and ordering transcripts, but Parchment's staff can provide detailed help for a wider variety of issues.  Thank you for your cooperation and for allowing us to serve you.
