Last week we wrote about some changes inside the Online Student Center and Online Counselor Office, but today we want to tell you about something new outside both sites. Right below the big blue Student Log In and School Log In buttons on their respective pages, you'll see a link that you can click if you've lost or forgot your password. After you click the link, just enter the email address associated with your student or guarantor account (or, in the case of schools, the email address that serves as the main email address for your school in the Online Counselor Office), enter the proper security code that appears on your screen, and click the submit button. Your password will be emailed to you shortly.
Please be advised that this feature is only for students, guarantors and school officials who already have an email address in our system. If you do not have an email address in our system, for security reasons, we must send you your password in the regular mail.
