Important Information for McGraw-Hill Students

Today's blog has important information for students whose course material is from McGraw-Hill.  If you have McGraw-Hill study materials for your middle school or high school correspondence courses, you may need a code to access supplemental ConnectED or StudySync content online. 

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your username and password. If this is your first time logging in to ConnectEd or StudySync, you must click “Create student account.” Once you have done this, you will be asked to enter a Class Code. This is an 8 character code that was generated by an American School instructor. Each individual course has its own Course Code.  In addition, you will enter your first and last name, create a username and password, and then click “Create Account”.
  3. You will be taken back to the login screen where you will enter your username and password.
  4. Once logged in correctly, you will enter the redemption code that has been created.
  5. From this point, you can add other courses by clicking “Join a Class”. A box will appear that says “Enter a New Code”. This code refers to the Course Code. You will enter the code and click “Enter”.
  6. It will ask for another Redemption Code for that particular class as well. You enter the code and click “Submit”. All of your courses will appear on one page to help you stay organized.
  7. To access a course, press “Launch”. You will have access to all resources in each lesson that you desire. However, answers will not be provided for any additional practice questions or problems you choose to work on.
