National Dropout Prevention Month

We're about halfway through National Dropout Prevention Month, so today's blog will focus on how American School can help prevent students from dropping out.  For starters, we offer an independent study high school program for students in grades 9-12.  These students attend a traditional high school but take our high school correspondence courses or online high school coures on an individual basis for credit recovery.  The end result is that they earn a high school diploma from their resident school.  Another option is our acccredited high school program which allows students to earn a high school diploma at home.  These students may enroll in a general high school program or college preparatory program and work at their own pace.  Most credits from other accredited schools count toward earning our diploma, and we welcome students of all ages who wish to complete their high school education.  If you or someone you know is a potential dropout, we can help.  Visit our enrollment page to get started today.
