Please Be Thorough When You Email Us!

Today's blog is a reminder about email etiquette.  We receive thousands of emails a day from students taking online high school courses, high school correspondence courses, online middle school courses or middle school correspondence courses.  When you email us, please include your full name and student number in the body of your email and a give your email a detailed subject line.  This will help us find your records quickly and give you the assistance that you ask us to provide.  Many times we get emails with no subject line.  These often wind up in our spam filter, and, although we find and release them, it causes a delay in replying to you.  Other times students will say, "Hi, my name is (fill in the blank) and I'm stuck on question 5," but we have many students who might share a first name and many exams that include a question 5.  In those cases, we will reply to you and ask for your full name and student number so that we can find your records and assist you, but that ultimately delays our response time to you.  Please keep these things in mind when you write us.  We appreciate it and appreciate giving you the kind of quick and helpful service you deserve.  Thank you for your cooperation.
