Today’s Special Occasion: Mardi Gras

It's February 25, and today is Mardi Gras.  On this last day before Lent, many American School employees will eat paczki, which are a type of bismarck donut traditionally served on Mardi Gras and sometimes available throughout Lent.  Paczki can be filled with various fruits, cheese, custard and even chocolate, and the variety of paczki fillings got us thinking about the variety of accredited high school courses and middle school courses we offer.  We offer print and online high school courses and print and online middle school courses in English, math, science, social studies, business, fine arts and world language.  In other words, there is something for every taste or need.  Visit our courses page to learn more about our courses and read descriptions of them, and then head over to our enrollment page to enroll.  We'd be happy to serve you!
