It’s February 20, and recently the National Center for State Courts’ annual Civics Education Essay Contest began accepting entries for this year’s competition. The contest is open to students who take our middle school courses or high school courses, and the deadline to apply is March 22. Be sure to check out the links in this blog for rules and more information. The contest might especially appeal to students who have taken our online Civics course or our paper-based Social Civics course, but we encourage everyone to apply. Thank you for making us your distance education middle or distance education high school.
