24 Years At American School

It’s September 15, and the person who regularly writes this blog is celebrating 24 years of employment at American School today. A lot has happened at American School since September 15, 1998, but one thing that hasn’t changed and will never change is our commitment to our students. We put students’ needs first through our Four C’s of curriculum, cost, caring student service and credibility. Curriculum refers to hundreds of print and online middle school courses and print and online high school courses which may be taken collectively on the road to earning an accredited high school diploma or individually for credit recovery or enrichment. Cost refers to our all-inclusive tuition which includes all study materials, grading, access to the online student center and more, all for the lowest price possible. Caring student service refers to personal attention in distance education and our promise to reply to emails within one business day. Credibility refers to our 125 years as a leader in distance education, our accreditation by three reputable accrediting bodies, and our recognition as a non-public school by the Illinois State Board of Education.
