American School will be closed Thursday, February 17, due to a winter storm that has the potential to bring rain, freezing rain, ice, sleet and heavy snow to the south suburbs of Chicago. We expect to reopen with regular business hours on Friday, February 18, and look forward to assisting you with your accredited middle school program, accredited high school program or independent study program at that time. This decision is being made with our employees’ safety and best interests in mind. We appreciate your understanding and invite you back here tomorrow morning for our regularly-scheduled blog post. Thank you.
