It’s April 28, and Maryland became a state on this date in 1788. Maryland’s motto is “Strong Deeds, Gentle Words” and that got us thinking about the words and feedback our instructors use when they grade exams in our homeschool courses. All of our instructors are trained to call students by name and give constructive feedback on every exam they grade. It’s our way of making distance education as personal as possible. None of our exams is graded entirely by machine, so students who submit exams in accredited middle school courses or accredited high school courses should feel comfortable knowing that those exams will be graded by a human being with expertise in the subjects he or she grades who cares about the academic success of our students. We welcome students from Maryland and 49 other states, so enroll today. Our instructors and the rest of our staff look forward to serving you!
