It’s June 27, and American School is winding down employee reviews for 2023. Over the past several weeks, employees have met with their supervisors on an individual basis to discuss their strengths and weaknesses and to determine goals for improvement over the coming year. The process helps us become a better distance learning middle school and distance learning high school as our entire staff learns to better serve students in our accredited middle school program, accredited high school program or independent study program.
