It’s February 13, and today is Mardi Gras, Shrove Tuesday or Fat Tuesday. No matter what name you give today, it’s the last day before Lent, and for many of us here at American School, it’s also Paczki Day. Paczki are bismarcks filled with a variety of flavors. Some popular fillings are apricot, cheese, raspberry, lemon and even prune. The variety of paczki fillings got us thinking about the variety of accredited middle school courses and accredited high school courses we offer. We offer core subjects like English, math, science and social studies, and we also offer elective subjects like fine arts, business, career and technical education and world languages. American School has something for every taste, so we encourage you to enroll today. Thank you for making us your distance education middle school or distance education high school.
