Today’s blog is about guarantor passwords for the online student center and specifically when guarantor passwords do not work. If a guarantor password doesn’t work, one cause might be that the student is older than 18 and the account has a zero balance on it. When a student in our accredited high school program is older than 18, he or she is considered an adult and is responsible for his or her account. Guarantors of these students may access the online student center using the student code and password with the permission of the student. Another possibility is that the student’s account has become delinquent, and delinquent accounts do not have access to the online student center or online high school courses no matter how old the student is.
