Today’s blog is about refunds. Sometimes people will contact us and ask for refunds for their accredited middle school courses or accredited high school courses, and we are happy to accommodate those requests as best we can. Our responses are always based on the terms of refunds which are clearly printed on enrollment applications. Students and guarantors agree to these terms when they submit their applications, and when applications are submitted, those applications become binding contracts. Therefore, we must follow the refund terms which students and guarantors and American School agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
