The U.S. Open tennis tournament concluded in New York City over the weekend, and because we have been busy posting about changes to our enrollment applications and courses, we haven’t had a chance to take our customary look back at the successes American School students have had at the final major tennis tournament of the year. Andre Agassi won the men’s singles event in 1994 and 1999 and was runner-up in 1990, 1995, 2002 and 2005. Caroline Wozniacki was the women’s singles runner-up in 2009 and 2014, and Mary Pierce was the women’s singles runner-up in 2005. Andre, Caroline, Mary and other tennis players take our accredited high school courses because they can work on their online high school courses or paper-based high school courses wherever tennis takes them, whether it be New York City or all around the world. The same is true for any American School student, and it can be true for you as well after you enroll. Get started today. All of us would be happy to serve you!
