It’s December 17, and American School was founded on this day in 1897. As we celebrate our 128th anniversary as a leading distance learning middle school and distance learning high school, we can’t help but be grateful to everyone who has chosen to homeschool with us over the years. Each one of our three million students had specific reasons for enrolling in our accredited middle school program, accredited high school program or independent study program, and although we treated each of them with the same caring student service, we know that they all had specific educational needs. We were happy to be there for them and help them achieve the careers and lives they desired. At the same time, we couldn’t have been there for our students without our staff, who to this day continue to provide caring student service and personalized attention in distance learning to our students in the United States and around the world. Thank you to everyone for being part of the American School family. We look forward to serving you for many years to come!
