American School Receives MSA-CESS Accreditation Extension

American School recently received an extension for its existing accreditation from the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS).  Originally set to expire on December 1, 2025, American School’s accreditation now runs through July 1, 2026.  The extension was granted so that American School’s MSA-CESS accreditation timeline is in accordance with its accreditation timeline for Accreditation International (Ai) and the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA).  American School recently began the reaccreditation process and is looking forward to a visit by Accreditation International this fall.  This blog will keep you updated on all accreditation matters.  Thank you for making us your distance education middle school or distance education high school.  We are happy to offer accredited middle school courses and accredited high school courses to you!

I found all the material and methods extremely satisfying.  It made the classes simple enough to learn while still being able to enjoy the process!  I spent my first two years of high school in a public school, but American School made it an enjoyable experience while still giving me the education I need.  My parents have never been so proud to see so many good grades coming from a homeschool program.

I especially liked and appreciated all of the instructors’ positive comments, feedback and helpful hints on my son’s exams.  You cannot put a price tag on a high school diploma, although I felt the fees were quite reasonable.  I’m really thankful that there is a back-up plan for students who are lacking credits to graduate.
