American School is proud of its decades-long affiliation with the Better Business Bureau which goes back to June 1, 1934, and our 125 years of fine, upstanding service to our students. There are times, however, when students and parents are not satisfied with the service they receive from us and file a complaint with the BBB in hopes of a resolution. American School takes those complaints seriously and works with the BBB and the person who filed the complaint to determine a resolution that is fair to the student and to the School. While it is within your right to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if you so chose, we encourage you to contact our customer relations department before you do so or if you have any issues at all with your service while enrolled in our accredited middle school program, accredited high school program or independent study program. Our customer relations department will research the situation and will try to determine a solution so that you can move forward in your studies.
