Today’s blog is a reminder that Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday morning. For most of us, that means an extra hour of sleep Sunday night and days that get darker earlier, but you can also look at this weekend as having another hour to work on your middle school courses and high school courses. That’s because we allow our students to work at their own pace, whenever and wherever it is convenient for them. It’s also the one time of the year when you can work on one subject between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. and then turn back the clock and work on another subject also between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Since we allow students to enroll anytime, perhaps you’ll use that extra hour to enroll in an accredited high school program, accredited middle school program or independent study program, even though our online enrollment process usually takes far fewer than 60 minutes to complete. Whatever you decide to do with your extra hour of time this weekend, make the most of it, and then make time to return to this blog on Monday to see what we’ll post next.
