Today’s blog is an update about enrollments. As we wrote in our July 29 blog, the entire enrollments process takes a few days to complete. When we receive your enrollment application and payment, we will begin processing your enrollment application within one business day. That does not mean that students will be able to begin their online high school courses, high school correspondence courses, online middle school courses or middle school correspondence courses within one business day. If you enrolled in a full year or more of middle school or high school, we will contact you to make sure you are placed in the proper courses. If you are transferring credits to us from another accredited school, you should send us a transcript as quickly as possible. Not receiving a transcript from your previous school in a timely manner can delay full processing of your enrollment application. It also takes a couple days to prepare and ship printed materials to students and a couple days to place other students in appropriate sections of online courses. We ask for your patience and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions about your application. We were closed last Monday for Labor Day and closed Wednesday due to a network outage, and our enrollments staff is processing applications as quickly as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and the opportunity to serve you. Thank you.
