This coming Sunday is Father’s Day, and so today’s blog will focus on the holiday. Fathers play a very important role in their children’s educations, and we are grateful that so many fathers have made us their family’s distance education middle school or distance education high school. One of the things fathers enjoy about American School is that we give their children the ability to work at their own pace, and parents can determine their level of involvement in their children’s education. Some parents prefer to be more involved with their children’s accredited middle school courses or accredited high school courses, while other parents let their children learn in a more independent way. Either way works for us. We also realize that some American School students are fathers themselves and we are happy to help them be a good example for their children and earn an accredited high school diploma. We wish all fathers and those who do fatherly work a wonderful day on Sunday!
