Today’s blog is about registering to vote. While American School remains neutral in all political matters, we value the right to vote and encourage you to register to vote if you feel likewise. Two links in this blog (here and here) contain information on how you can register to vote if you live in our home state of Illinois. If you do not live in Illinois, keep an eye out for resources near you which can help you with the voter registration process. If you are interested in learning more about government, you may take one of our online high school courses or paper-based high school courses which focus on voting and governing. Thank you for thinking about registering to vote, and thank you for making us your distance education high school.
