It’s February 10, and on this day in 1996 a computer known as Deep Blue defeated a human in a game of chess. This anniversary got us thinking about computers and artificial intelligence and seems like a good opportunity for us to remind you that all American School students must do their own work in their accredited middle school courses and accredited high school courses. Students must adhere to American School’s academic integrity policy printed in the student handbook at all times. Doing so helps ensure you actually learn the things you need to learn in order to be successful after you earn a high school diploma at home with us. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We are happy to serve you.
