It’s December 10, and Mississippi became a state on this date in 1817. Mississippi’s best-known nickname is the Magnolia State because a large number of those trees are native to the state, but sometimes Mississippi is known as the Hospitality State. It’s this nickname that got us thinking about the hospitality courses we offer. We offer a Hospitality Services course among our high school correspondence courses and a Hospitality and Tourism course among our online high school courses. Both would be excellent additions to your accredited high school program or independent study high school program if you’re homeschooling in Mississippi or any other state. Enroll today, earn credits, and experience our hospitality and caring student service for yourself!
