It’s April 14, and the Human Genome Project was completed on this day in 2003. This was an international project whose goal was to determine base pairs of human DNA, and it got us thinking about our biology courses. We offer a non-lab course among our high school correspondence courses and a lab course among our online high school courses. Graduation requirements require students to take two lab courses as they strive to earn a high school diploma at home, but we continue to offer a non-lab course for students who do not have those graduation requirements.
