Today’s Anniversary: The IBM Personal Computer

It’s August 12, and IBM’s personal computer debuted on this day in 1981.  This anniversary seems like a good time to remind you of technical requirements for our online middle school courses and online high school courses.  Information is available through the links on our online learning page.  We want to make sure you have everything you need to succeed when you decide to homeschool with us and begin working toward an online high school diploma.  That includes making sure you can access courses or online exams in paper-based middle school courses or paper-based high school courses on whichever device you prefer.  Thank you for being our student!

I found all the material and methods extremely satisfying.  It made the classes simple enough to learn while still being able to enjoy the process!  I spent my first two years of high school in a public school, but American School made it an enjoyable experience while still giving me the education I need.  My parents have never been so proud to see so many good grades coming from a homeschool program.
