It’s November 18, and the first push-button telephone debuted on this date in 1963. Today we take phones for granted. Virtually everyone has one, and phones are used for more than just verbal communication. Before 1963, however, phones only had rotary dials. Then and now, people can call American School for various forms of assistance.
