It’s March 25, and WikiWikiWeb debuted on this date in 1995. It was the first wiki, which is a web site that can be edited by users, and today’s anniversary got us thinking about other wikis that you may find online, particularly when doing research. Because wikis are edited by users, they may be subject to inaccurate information, and inaccurate information is not good. Therefore, when you are asked to do research in your accredited middle school courses or accredited high school courses, please do research from multiple verifiable sources.
