It’s July 28, and author Beatrix Potter was born on this day in 1866. She is best known for The Tale of Peter Rabbit but in addition to writing that book and several other children’s stories, she was also interested in conservation and farming. These diverse interests got us thinking about all the different courses homeschooling students can take while studying with American School.
