It’s November 17, and American School graduate and best-selling author Christopher Paolini turns 38 years old today. Christopher completed his correspondence high school diploma program in 1998, and shortly thereafter he began writing the book that would become Eragon, the first of a four-part series of books called The Inheritance Cycle. In recent years, Christopher has moved from writing fantasy to science fiction. To Sleep in a Sea of Stars was released in 2020 and was on many best-seller lists. Many of us who have worked at American School for many years remember when Christopher visited our building and presented us with signed copies of his novels which sit in our library to this very day. We are proud to call Christopher our graduate and are happy he has had success after he decided to earn a high school diploma at home from us. In the same way, we’d be proud to call you our graduate as well. If you thought earning a diploma was just a fantasy, think again. Our print or online high school courses are current and convenient, and you can study when and where it is convenient for you. Enroll today, and one day you will join Christopher Paolini among our many graduates. We would be happy to serve you!
