It’s June 8, and architect Frank Lloyd Wright was born on this day in 1867. He designed many homes and buildings, including Fallingwater in Pennsylvania and others in Chicagoland, including Robie House near American School’s former headquarters in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Tours are available at many of the buildings Frank Lloyd Wright designed, and those tours may be of particular interest to students in our Housing and Interior Design course. It’s one of many online high school courses in our curriculum and would make a great addition as an elective in our accredited high school program or as an individual course taken for credit recovery or enrichment through our independent study program. If you have designs on an accredited high school diploma, enroll with American School today!
