It’s May 9, and author J.M. Barrie was born on this date in 1860. He’s best known for creating the character of Peter Pan, a fictional boy who can fly and never grows up. Real boys and girls do grow up, however, and when they become ready for sixth grade courses, they should consider enrolling in American School’s accredited middle school program.
