It’s March 14, often abbreviated 3/14. Pi is a mathematical ratio which is often shortened to 3.14, and so today is also known as Pi Day. Pi used used in several of our math courses, and multiple math courses are required in our college preparatory program and general high school program. Completing either program ensures you earn a high school diploma at home, but the college preparatory program is designed for students who plan to attend a four-year college or university, while the general high school program is designed for students who plan to attend community college or join the workforce after earning an accredited high school diploma.
