American School is happy to serve students who attend traditional schools but need to take a course or two for credit recovery or enrichment. Students who enroll in individual subjects through our independent study program sometimes use an email address given to them by their current high school. Using a school-provided email address is acceptable, but please be aware that schools have different email security systems in place, and sometimes American School emails do not get delivered to school-provided email addresses. If you use a school-provided email address for American School work, please make sure that americanschool.org and americanschoolofcorr.com are marked as safe domains on your school’s server. It is very important that our emails to you get delivered, especially if you are taking online exams or online high school courses.
