Today’s blog is about guarantor passwords and why they don’t work sometimes. The first reason, and one that also explains why student passwords don’t work, is that the account is delinquent. When an account is delinquent, it means that the account is behind in making payments, and based on the terms of the enrollment contract signed at the time the student enrolled in our accredited middle school program or accredited high school program, we do not service accounts in delinquent status. Once a payment has been made, either by calling or emailing our student accounts department or by using the make a payment feature on our web site, the student and guarantor passwords will work once again. The other reasons why a guarantor password may not work include the account being entirely paid off and having a zero balance or the student has turned 18 and is legally responsible for his or her account. As always, please make sure to use the student password when logging in as a student and the guarantor password when logging in as a guarantor. Thank you for making us your distance education middle school or distance education high school, and if none of the above hints works for you, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
