Today’s blog is about writing to one email address if you have a question about your accredited middle school program, accredited high school program or independent study program.   We know that the temptation is there for students or parents or school officials to contact every American School email address they have if they need a question answered, but doing so actually slows down the process because more email addresses and more departments are involved than necessary.  Please do your best to follow the suggestions on our Contact Us page or in the Online Student Center, or you may write to our customer relations department instead.  If you write to the customer relations department, you will receive a reply within one business day or your email will be forwarded to the appropriate person or department who will also reply within one business day.  Thank you for your cooperation and for making us your distance education middle school or distance education high school.
