It’s February 7, and author Laura Ingalls Wilder was born on this date in 1867. Her most famous works are the Little House on the Prairie series which was adapted into a television show of the same name in the 1970s. Her books told of her life as part of a pioneer family and are still read by millions of people to this very day. Our Literature 3 and American Literature courses contain works by many American authors. These paper-based high school courses would be a great addition to your accredited high school diploma program or may be taken individually as part of an independent study program. We are proud to have literature courses which feature a variety of authors from various times and cultures, and we would like you to experience those courses for yourself. Enroll today!
